Star Disposal was founded in 1992 by Vincent LaManna. As a child, Vincent would ride in his grandfather's rig. Vincent knew then that he was meant to be a G MAN!!!. When he had summers off from high school, Vincent would work for Interboro Disposal as a lifter on the back of a 1978 Mack 25 yard leach garbage truck. He learned a lot about the business and helped Interboro Disposal improve its dispatching and logistics. After five years at Interboro Disposal, Vincent knew that he was ready to open his own Waste company.
Vincent created an effective system of transportation logistics and management. Using cutting edge technology, Vincent could improve response time and coordination of services.
